Er, I have nothing to say other than Hiu's banning was pretty extremist.

Hiu's banning was very extremist.
Hell, I say ****** all the time..well, I say "nigga".

There`s always somebody who keeps pushing their luck time & time again , who then starts bitching as soon as they get called on it.

Maybe if you didn`t troll all the time people wouldn`t want to see you kicked out so bad.

Just a thought.

Ok so three people so far who want me demodded. If this is what people want, lets go with it. Anyone else?

I don't want anyone demodded, just saying it was a rough call to ban the guy for that post.

i noticed billy used the word "faggot" and yet i'm utterly unmoved by it...because i know he's cool....so why should anyone be offended by the word nigga? it's just a funny phrase....

well you may have missed rules 4. and 8. in particular...quite honestly,this forum would be a giant drag if we followed all those rules...i get enough of that on other forums thankyouverymuch....

yeah well, it's not like we go " nigga this, nigga that" all the time...it's just a funny thing to say from time to time....the main difference being that we don't use it to insult anyone....only then do i condone the intervention of moderators....

you don't like what? i just said we don't use it as an insult so what imagination is there to lack? for example,the phrase " nigga, please" can't very well be replaced by a more imaginative alternative because it would lose the original intent and impact....

Still don't like it, maybe we should make a poll. That's just my opinion, let everyone weigh in on the topic

I agree. My only complaint would be that it leads people on if they don't understand the context of your use of the word (i.e. that you're actually using a pretty common phrase), such that they think the word nigga on its own makes the phrase funny.

That wasn't moley, he was just posting a PM sent to him by Hiu. Moley hasn't weighed in on anything yet

First of all, this makes no fucking sense whatsoever, and sometimes I really want to know if english is thebig3's second laguage or something, secondly, more importantly, Hiu isn't making a racist joke, he's playing on Big3's own words.

To be banned for that is bullshit. I can understand if he had racially directed it at someone but the way in which this word was used was not racism. If thats racism then you may as well call the dictionary racist becasue it "states" the word ****** too.

I'd like to think we are adult enough to realise there is nothing vindictive about the way profanities are used on this site by us posters. Sometimes they are, deal with them accordingly, but when they're just out there directed at no one, take a large grain of salt and build a bloody bridge.

I'm not vouching for Hiu, I just don't think the decision was not justified in comparrison to everything else that is said on these boards.
