Default The Role Of Musicbanter

This is merely a mini guide to MB that illustrates the ethos of the site.

A) Musicbanter is completely independent and non-profit making. In the current political climate, this should be applauded. When you post you are not bombarded with ad's. The site's layout is resolutely ad free too.

B) The mods on here do not recieve any money or recieve money off vouchers or V.I.P tickets etc. We do it because we love music and appreciate a site where we can speak in relative freedom and maybe pass on some of our collective musical knowledge.

C) Whilst MB remains free, the MB mod team regard internet etiquette and general politeness in high esteem. We do not recieve ANY financial gain from this site so we could ostensibly ban anyone and not fear any reprisals. However we are a decent bunch and only ask that you treat other members and staff how you want to be treated.

D) MB prides itself on being a fair, open minded forum but occasionally we can get things wrong too. Any suggestions or recommendations to improve the site can be sent here: moderators@musicbanter.com.

E) MB is here to provide a comprehensive net based forum that is both informative and enlightening. Enjoy.
