Maybe a questionnaire with option of follow-up IM?

It'd be up to the interviewer to post the entire conversation in an organized and entertaining way.

Why not just give the interviewee the option? I mean sometimes you have emails interviews which are essentially questionnaires and other times its just a sit down conversation.

agreed, i don't see why we need to decide on one set format

should just let the interviewer/ee agree on whatever
