A little help with using some of the features on this site

Hey, I'm koind of new and would like to know how you can get an avatar, so if someone could help me on that a nit it would be nice...
also, i'd like to invite all the new ones to use this thread if they have any questions about the usage of this site, and ask those, who have more experience to help us out. Thanks!!!

You have to get past 50 posts.. Please dont be one of those people who posts the same pointless post 17 times just to get upto 50! Im sure you wont, just had to say so
