How do you mean? Isn't that the point of any election? To be popular with the voters?
Are you suggesting we nominate someone we have no prior knowledge of? I'm sure that would turn out well. Just set it up so the next person to register an account becomes a moderator, that would really kick things up a notch.

My bad, I was under the impression we were doing a nomination process like we have done in the past. I think most people assumed the same judging by some of the responses.
