Forum changes/updates Request Thread, 2011!

Ok folks, this is just a temporary thread for you guys to request [serious] changes and/or updates to any aspect of MusicBanter [apart from its actual members] so the mods can compile a single list of requests to forward to the admins.

Forwarding these requests DOES NOT mean that they will be implemented, but it has been made known to us that a large list of wants/needs will be looked at. So the more viable changes included on this list, the higher the chance that more of them will be implemented. With that in mind, please feel free to list any changes and/or additions you feel should be made to MusicBanter.

I'm going to state a few obvious ones but I will come back and edit my post when I think of more.

The quotation problem in the shout box
The smilies problem in the shout box
Possibly an increase on the private message limit
A code that allows for embedded videos from other sites.

A less 1999-chic layout.

To be honest, I think I'd freak out if the layout changed. It's easy to work with and the colours are nostalgic.

Here are just a few suggestions. I might add more later. I know Yac asked for a simple list, but all this is stuff I could do for the forum if I was site owner and so of course I could assist/explain with all this.

A Musicbanter Frontpage
A new and updated visual theme for the forums
A new BBCode for embedding vimeo videos
If a new theme is not possible; switching the "post reply" button for one which looks good against black background.
