I'll clarify this and say that all you've told me is you've received complaints about me insulting members. I wouldn't consider that "detailed" but to each their own interpretation.

I now know I was banned for impersonating a mod (even though it always happened in MB chat and nobody cared), and other factors like my infraction, which I still don't know what it means.

Explaining something in detail doesn't necessarily mean having a direct quote. I am sure that Vanilla (or whoever was present during Dirty's antagonistic behavior) would be perfectly capable of remembering what Dirty said. Personally I don't even think we should be moderating chat rooms. People can impersonate others and there's no permanent record of what happened like these is on the forum.

You can all kill each other in them as far as i'm concerned.

There is a permanent record when someones sits in the room and saves the chat log thats how this started

Besides should anyone be doing that in the hope of getting someone else banned just hope the mods don't find out about it or you'll find your next complaint thrown in the bin after much laughter.

You were asking a group of people who have lives and jobs and whatever else outside of this place to remember why a decision was made over a month ago on an internet forum, and your questions came at a time when the person who might have had the most information didn't have a reliable internet connection. While I agree that ideally our response should have been quicker, the simple fact of the matter is digging back though old conversations and trying to coordinate getting input from everyone involved on the context from those conversations is a time-consuming process.
