Yeah he was originally only made a forum moderator to look after the newly made prog forum because we needed someone to move all the old threads into it but the only power they have is to be able to delete posts or move them, they can't do bannings or infractions.

at the time we were getting a lot of spam and he was getting frustrated because if he deleted anything they'd just keep posting it again so he was reluctantly made a full mod on condition that he acted professionally & stopped getting in stupid arguments with people. He couldn't do this even after being given multiple chances which is why we asked him to step down.

It was a reference to a naughty picture, I wouldn't know if the song is good as I haven't heard it. (the fact I can't remember how to do spoilers is more reason to waver any endorsement you may have had)
