Slightly related, I remember asking for Edit, Quote, etc. buttons that didn't have the white edge around them (check the ugly border of the "Post Reply" button top left on this page) and had prepared the pictures so that all that needed doing was uploading to the right folder. It would only make the buttons slightly prettier, but even that got a no They run a tight ship!
