The Identity Matrix hasn't posted in a while.

I'm just quoting/adding my concern here as to what's going on.

He did say that he would be taking a break for a while, so I'm not really concerned about something bad having happened. Though, his absence certainly leaves a gap in the forum that he had filled very well, besides him being someone who I generally found quite likable here.

He's not said anything just give it time.

It's just a ****ing forum, why does he make such a big deal out of taking breaks from it and whatnot? If it's the workload that bothers him maybe he should stop self imposing such massive workloads

So he takes forum-ing seriously and can be a bit obsessive about his activities here. And why sholdn't he? Everyone has his hobbies and they all are ultimately absurd, as is our whole existence.

He handles adversity regarding his hobbies very poorly though. "I've gotten burnt out from MusicBanter before...hmm, I know, I should start a new Love or Hate style thread except with entire discographies!! That's the ticket!!"

I just can't relate, he should be going out of his way to do less rather than more so that he doesn't need these extended breaks

Sadly not everyone has your restraint and self-awareness.:(
