One thing I have to say upon learning about Roxy's predicament is that you never go on the the internet during rough emotional times because you know how the atmosphere can be. Avoid, take some personal time away from any forum or chat and try to keep yourself in a healthy environment. Because, let's be honest here, nobody on the web is going to give a **** or cut you slack. Hell, that's how most of the real world is. I've had people take the personal **** I've been going through and try to use it to hurt me. Over stupid **** too. So I keep most of my issues to myself. And if I'm not emotionally capable of handling the webs I try to stay clear. Because I know that I'm just as toxic as others seem to be when I'm in that state.

The best thing for an emotional breakdown is to talk about it. At least that's how I've done it. I usually apologize if it effected someone online but I have good friends online that I talk to if I'm depressed.

You gotta know yourself and your audience, though. No way I'd talk to any of you suckers about my tragic BS. 'Cept Steph and Joe.

Well me either. I have friends on Facebook that I met through my ex. I wouldn't talk about personal issues here. I was just saying.

And also, when in that state sometimes things said seem more personal than they actually are and you react much more fowl than you should. Nobody is going to give you a pass for that no matter what. I don't give **** what anybody says, you know it's true. |
That wasn't directed at you, Ki. Of course I believe in talk-therapy.

Internet culture. So fascinating and disheartening, all at the same time. |
