I know plenty of Puerto Ricans who do not live in Puerto Rico or its surrounding islands. I know he said he was Puerto Rican, but I didn't catch where he said he lives. Still concerned. I think one report said that 85% lost their internet and phone services. I hope he is alright.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't live in the United States but I'm unsure exactly where he does live.
