OK I can't find the post you made that I wanted to quote but I'll address this instead. You should know this already, it is as simple as no one likes being lied about. It's not rocket science. You want the members of Music Banter to understand Soulflower's motivation for calling half the community "racist." But when it comes to any one else you don't bother to understand what they mean, you just mock them. It's a bit ironic.



Didn't you mention that Soulflower wasn't here to defend herself, and then you take a cheap jab at Urban Hatemonger (for all the n00bs reading this, Urb isn't here either).

No one likes being lied about but there is nothing you can do to stop it from happening. You can scream from the rafters that things aren't true but people will believe whatever they want to believe based off of their perception of you that you can't change.

Sure Urban isn't here to defend himself but he can log in at any given moment and defend himself if he wanted to.
It isn't like he is permabanned and can never respond. There is a big difference.

For me being called a racist is probably the same as somebody calling you a n*gger. I agree with you that at the end of the day you just gotta say screw it and move on, but its still insulting. Attacks on character are more insulting than being called a dick or something.

Well of course there is. You can challenge it. Are you seriously saying that you would believe anything anyone told you about any member without verifying that it was the case? If someone told you I was gay, or Janszoon was a right-wing anarchist or Batty was, well, Batty, would you just believe them, especially if you knew or suspected it was not the truth? Is this George Orwell land? Do you believe what you're told to believe, or do you challenge it?

Honestly, this "sigh-what-can-you-do-accept-it" attitude is quite worrying. I would always defend my reputation if someone called me or labelled me as something I was not, and did not want to be seen as. That's just common sense and personal pride. Otherwise anyone can call anyone anything.
