I could’ve just said that I’m certain this record will continue to be profoundly influential for a very long time and it gives me the feeling I’m being removed from time and space as I typically think I understand it but after writing so many reviews on Freak Fighter I was looking for new ways to express things. I’m pretty sure I was reading Heidegger at the time and thought oh this fits but because of his association with Nazism and who Sophie is I decided it would be more tasteful to reference Derrida instead.
