Plankton's doing some top secret thing for the government. Seriously. I could tell you but, you know, then I'd have told you and you'd know. |

Nah, JWB would have trashed you. He wanted too much to be a troll while still having something to say, but he was still one of the top 5 debaters in the forum's history.
Nah, they make that **** fun. It's boring to argue with top shelf debaters who take obvious positions. Arguing with/alongside someone like JWB on issues like Trump, genocide, and bestiality was mounds of illuminating fun. I honestly don't know if this site has been as fun since he was banned.
Yeah basically the exact same as now, just with goalposts moved back about ten miles.
i miss sidewinder. i didn't really know him but he had great taste and he constantly posts dope ass albums on instagram.
I miss JWB too, he was a fav of mine

JWB once called me an Amish Coolio and I still describe myself that way to this day.
JWB was hilarious and very unique but holy hell was he hard to moderate around. That's not the reason he got banned, as the reason he did was well deserved, but I can't say that I'd want him back around here. Maybe if he guaranteed not to start sh*t but that would basically be like lobotomizing Jack Nicholson at the end of Cuckoo's Nest. Just ain't right.
I think the dude is staying in my sig forever. I could not stop laughing when I first saw that post. |
The first time he posted in the MB cafe thread I actually pissed myself laughing

I once called him out in a roast thread and I regretted it. He hurt my feelings and everybody just laughed at me. Especially Batlord. I think he laughed the hardest. And he was right, our roasting abilities were nothing compared to his. So I never went into that thread again. Because I was ashamed. I was embarrassed by how much I boasted of my roasting abilities and was made to look like a bumptious buffoon. But deep down, I wanted to be him. Every day I get up and I give it my all for the hopes that I could be even a fraction of the man that JWB was. And I think we should all live our lives like that. Always think, "what would JWB do?" and perhaps you could better yourself, or even the world.

I'm not sure, but I think I annoyed JWB with it. |
I still miss MissPopTart. She was a charming, fun poster with one of the cutest user-names ever.
About a year ago she stopped posting without announcing the fact, which always leaves behind "the floating question, Why?" In her case the question is more prickly than usual because she lived in Istanbul and AFAIK, stopped posting at the same time as the failed military coup in that city. Rembember those tanks on the streets, the subsequent crackdown and the mass arrests that followed? And not a word out of MissPopTart then or since. :( |

I always assumed she just got bored with the drama. ****.
^ Yeah, maybe... thinking about it, I might send her a PM later today .... if I get a reply I'll let y'all know.
Cute name cute posting style.
you too hun x
Last online July 22, 2016. Dunno the exact time frame of the coup, but I think that clears her.
We were into some of the same stuff. Hopefully she returns.

One of the things you can check is to Google "Turkey July 23, 2016"
and you'll get the news of the day before in Turkey. You'll notice that there was quite a crackdown on the 22nd, etc. Don't know if she was a student or what she did for a living, but we can hope for the best. |
