Well, in management's defense, the move he picked is a dumb one. At least I think he picked it. Usually the wrestlers pick the moves since they know what their bodies are capable of. To put all your weight on one leg is in no way a good idea. If he had done a cross body or double fist from the top rope, he would of been fine.
