Pretty sure it would be described as a physiological state of some kind. And you can't do anything about womb conditions. Assuming super tailored gene therapy is super affordable in the future, they'll probably check in to their local CVS and walk out as exactly what they want to be.

i don't know the state of the science but last i remember hearing all that **** is just theoretical anyway. Nobody knows what actually causes trans ness just like nobody knows what causes gayness... At least not that I've heard

Yes move society toward an artificially designated perfect genetic endpoint and the trans problem will be solved. How could anyone be opposed to that? Your jumping off point conflating the trans experience with illness and hysteria that needs to be eliminated is totally reasonable now.

There is no perfect genetic endpoint you bad faith nimrod. You don't get it. Society will not legislate so called "transphobia" out of existence because it's so outside the experience of what 99% of people understand. The vast majority of lawmakers don't see trans people as a class of people that need to be protected or catered to, at least not to the extent that the trans people I know would like. Only if it becomes easy and accessible to change one's biological sex will it become something accepted throughout society at any real scale.
