For all I know they may never even have had direct contact with the mods. The admins are actually paid employees, the only one of which who even posts on here is Yac. I don't even know how much they talk to the admins either though.

ah yeah that makes sense. I guess the admins work indirectly (or directly) for Advameg, so I would assume they have some sort of contact.

Maybe, maybe not. Even Yac, who's the big head honcho admin on this site, can't even get an email back on something as small as adding an emoticon. The people who own this site couldn't give even the slightest of ****s about it.

Yac is the only person we have regular contact with. There have been a handful of occurrences of contact with other admins during the time I've been a mod but they're extremely rare, and those people are other admins like Yac. None of them are the owners.

I'm totally fine with the current layout. I've gotten used to it, and now it just feels homey. But it would be cool if there was a feature that enabled us to customize the site a little, like change to a pink colour scheme if we wanted.
