Urban replacement?
So will you guys be promoting someone to take Urbans place or are you willing to take on the extra work in his absence?
There are a couple members that come to mind that I wouldn't mind seeing get promoted.

I'm just going to mirror what Jans said and go ahead and close this thread before it becomes another venyu to smear a guy that we don't even have details about regarding his status...
