I don't know if was unnecessary... I didn't read this whole thread from beginning to end. I'm not faulting you for any drama.

I think it's possible that there are members who don't know each other just from where they post. I think it's more about what circle they move in. I hate to think about it, but yeah the forum is slower than it was.

^ Sidewinder posts a statement of intent as a mod; to me that in itself indicates that he is concerned about fair and transparent modding. Although he´s been low profile for a while, he is clearly an excellent choice.

I'm not debating their competence, I just don't see the point of adding inactive mods. I like Bob., but he falls in the same boat. We lost you and added 6 mods during a time when forum activity is at the lowest it's been since I've joined. Just sayin...

Edit: Probably coulda phrased that a little nicer, wasn't intending on stirring the pot.

Pretty much what I've been getting at. I don't understand why adding more mods is helpful.

Your concerns are legitimate. However, they're based on a lack of knowledge about what's going on behind the scenes in pretty much every respect.
