What makes him so great?

Is it the fact that he has over 6,000 posts here and that’s still not enough for me to discern any personality traits, beliefs, or values about him?

See what's crazy is that, while this may be true, I don't even know what his music taste is. This is not true for literally any other MB regular, I can tell you everybody's taste off the top of my head

Frownland: avant-garde stuff but he's branched out a bit. loves jazz, favorite album is Trout Mask Replica, loves bands like This Heat

Batlord: Mostly metal obviously

Goofle: Eclectic, likes a lot of synthy pop albums and hip hop, his favorite stuff is like Aesop Rock or The Replacements

Trollheart: Lots of dad rock and prog, I've seen him enjoy several genres of metal and pop as well

You: Lots of drone/ambient of course, various subgenres of metal and sprinkles of jazz/avant garde

Etc etc etc

Even guys I dislike such as JTF have easily described/remembered taste, whereas I can't confidently name anything Nea likes. Prog maybe? I'm not even purposefully ignoring his posts they're just so forgettable compared to everyone else that I genuinely can't name anything

He got you to write out a rant about why you don't like him, that's worth something. Plus the A+ humour.

*shrug*

Plus all of the cool synth stuff including the makes and models used on each track.

Not much of anything lately tbh

I think I only like music when I'm sad

Key 08-01-2018 09:59 AM

I probably know less about Yorke's music taste than I do Nea's.

Bitch you listened to and loved Daze End, it's not hard to imagine how that translates to at least a decent chunk of my music taste

People tend to make what they like

Key 08-01-2018 10:03 AM

^yeah. That's one album. If I go strictly on that then your music taste would be something around ambient / electronic. I'm probably wrong.
