It's not really. When you get some smartarse making a comment like this

I maintain the above quote was unnecessary and very provocative, could even be seen as inflammatory. All against the rules. And I wonder why no mod has even spoken quietly to YD about it and explained it's not acceptable, but once again, promises promises and everything gets ignored and swept under the carpet.
