So you're going to stick your heads up each other's asses and pretend like it doesn't happen for the sake of your own egos? I don't have a problem with it. I don't like merit, I think the bias is subtle and no where near as petty as it could be. You can't pretend like there isn't one though when multiple people, even some who don't like merit, have seen it.
