I really would like to see Godspeed! give the ultimate one-finger-salute to the U.S. gov't by playing a festival in the States or something....it's a shame we won't get to see them here....

They'll be playing some US dates in 2011, according to the band's Wikipedia.

New TWDY EP is pretty boring. Then again, it's more ambient than post-rock now, but it's still bland.

You have to listen to Ioseb. Their "The Ghost of 33" album is magnificent.




Also try Ioseb guitarist Daniel Loefgrens other band Suffocate For **** Sake. It isn't pure post-rock since it has post-hardcore and sludge influence too. It's awesome in my opinnion.

I believe you're the guy who recommended GIAA and The Evpatoria Report last time so I will definitely check out those suggestions. Thanks mate. They've easily become two of my favorites in the genre.
