I've heard Feels isn't the greatest though. What's it sound like?

It has elements of post-rock, folk, psychedelia, indie rock, etc. I personally didn't like it too much, but don't let that dissuade you from listening to it (I know more people who like it than do not).

What is pop Animal Collective? Is Strawberry Jam in that category? I figured Merriwether would be, it has a poppier sound generally, but Strawberry Jam has more edge to it for me. Still, i can see it's not as experimental as earlier material (which i need to get), but i'm not good with pop so i wouldn't call it a pop album. Wrong?
