That certainly isn't, but moments like the start of Peacebone still have a WTF? factor on me. Noise Rock's a funny style as it doesn't always have to be abrasive noise, bands like SY and VU are just as famed for their general experimental sides as they are for turning the amps up and they're seen as 2 of the main bands of that style.

i like Animal Collective, Sung Tongs is really strong and Who Could Win A Rabbit is a stunning song, definetly one of the best Avant Garde albums for a while
