AND THEY ARE COMING TO AUSTRALIA

i think the new album is a little bit, TOO ambient for me. i'll stick to mogwai.

Sigur Rós are great! I think Takk... is their best album, but the others are good to.
Best thing outta Iceland ever, except for one half of me:laughing:

Sigur Rós kick ass. Their music is really emotive and beautiful and strange. Good stuff.

maus and minus aretwo of my favorites, maus definitely has a more melodic sound, places a lot of emphasis on the production of the music. Someone described sigur ross's new CD as "ambient", that's a great way to describe maus's stuff. here's a link to some songs of theirs, check them out:

minus's stuff is a lot heavier, pretty different from maus, but you can hear some similarities in their music, at least I can anyway. here's link to some of their songs:

I love sigur ros. One of the most inspiring bands I know and your right the new album will - when I get it - be amazing too. <3<3
