Whether or not you like it, I believe F# A# Infinity is one of those albums that has to be experienced, it's one of the more unique albums out there, like Comus' First Utterance or something.

Also, I didn't realize how great Dead Flag Blues is until I could picture the bearded man from Iron Man narrating. |

I'm having a hard time picturing the Dude reading that piece. I have always wondered who recited the monologue at the openning of "Dead Flag Blues" does anybody know? |

Incredible band. One of my personal favourites to throw on and chill out to. I personally don't have issue with the length of tracks or albums either like a lot of people appear to, if i'm going to listen to Godspeed then i'm gonna put an hour or an hour and a half aside to devote to it. One of the more experimental and more importantly effective post-rock bands i've heard and I know some would call them pretentious but I think they have the goods to back it up.

I'm almost ashamed to admit this, but up until yesterday I had never actually heard Slow Riot For New Zero Kanada.
All I can say is holy shit. The way the monologue on BBF3 builds into that chilling climax literally took my breath away. Moya is a damn fine track too. I'm really kicking myself that I waited this long to check out the EP. |
