"Whose Shoulder Are You Looking Over Anyway" by "Curved Air" off their 1972 album Phantasmagoria. Very Mellow. I always thought this was the first prog rock song to use a vocoder but according to the holy power of the wikipedia it was a EMS Synthi 100 synthesizer.
