Default Syzygys (japanese band)

Just found this band and I'm really quite liking what I hear.

It's described as "Microtuned Pop" probably because it's pop songs played using Harry Partch's 43 note microtonal scale.

The dissonance can be weird at first but you get used to it.

I actually liked it immediately, mate.

Have you heard some of the experimental Japanese 60's music like Takeshi Terauchi:

Well, I actually liked "Feedbacker", to be quite honest! That and of course "Laminate Pet Animal", de-capitalised for your convenience!

I'm really enjoying this too - so thanks!

You had me at microtonal pop.

Great suggestion.

(Also looking into Salami's suggestion)
