I had no idea that this existed. Pretty cool.

I'm a newfound fan of TH's 79 debut, but I haven't heard Deceit yet. Would you guys say it's better than the first album?

There are people who think that Deceit is, but I prefer the first. Deceit is more accessible and the experimentalism isn't as in your face as it is on the debut, but it doesn't go as off the wall as stuff like Horizontal Hold.

I'd say that they're both essential. There's no wrong answer on which is better.

Interesting interview (the "why" in the title is a journalistic pet peeve of mine though)

This Is Not This Heat: This Is What It Is (and Why It Still Matters)

This Is Not This Heat's last show will be in the UK, maybe Goof might be able to make it: This Is Not This Heat - May 25, 2019 | The Albany, Deptford, UK

Wish they'd tour more but they want to avoid it becoming a nostalgia (rimp) romp (ramp), which I can respect I guess.
