Go for it. I'd recommend not doing it in rush hour though, I'm more a fan of low traffic sounds.

I'm not infringing it's mobile field recording. Are you saying that if someone in Cage's incredibly bored audience decided to listen to their own real music that Cage would get charged with copywrite infringement?

I don't think they punish copyright infringement with execution. At least not anymore.

But what punishment would be fitting? Execution is pretty extreme imo.
