A gorgeus piece of music. then again, a lot of classical piano music is gorgeus.
I can play it on the piano and the guitar that guitar version is really awesoeme

I've heard so many versions of this piece. My favorite is done on steel-string acoustic, tuned to DADGAD.

Its a very beutiful peice. I play Canon Rock By JerryC on the guitar. If you are into Rock and Classical you should Play Canon Rock.

"Canon in D" has that "classical music for us just plain folks" appeal, I guess.

I am also one who gets an "oh, God...not again" feeling whenever I hear it. I just don't get its appeal. For me, the Canon is an exercise in monotony. Compositionally, it is utterly un-impressive compared to thousands of other works.
