As far as orchestrated pieces, there's so much to choose from, so I'll just scratch the surface:
Joseph Hayden - Messiah W.A. Mozart - Symphony No. 15 in G major, K. 124 Johan Strauss I - Radetzky-Marsch op. 228 Ludwig van Beethoven - Symphony No. 9 in D minor "Chorale" Hugo Wolf - Italian Serenade (This piece is more of a small orchestra piece rather than a whole symphonic orchestra, but still rather good!)
