I'd say classical music is very unpopular. Unfortunately people don't usually delve that far into it, only touching the pop hits of Mozart and Beethoven.

Some off the top of my head to check out:

Shostakovich - 10th symphony 2nd move., 5th symphony
Sibelius - 5th and 7th, Swan of Tuonela
Stravinsky - Rite of Spring, Firebird
Debussy - La Mer, everything for piano
