Arvo Part - Fur Alina, almost had me at tears when I listened to it at an emotional time.
Chopin - Ballade (to lazy to find the full name)
One of my first exposures to this level of piano was obviously the fantastic "The Pianist" movie, where it was played in full and smacks you in the face with that level of talent, when you think of all that is going on to the main character in that movie, only a song like that can capture all the cluster****s of emotion and beyond.
A lot of Chopin's stuff shows great emotion as well as being intricate as ****. His Nocturnes, Fantasie Impromptu, the etudes, my favorite being Opus 10 No 12, among the best of composers.
