Belle - female country singer

Wondering if anyone can help me remember or find this female country artist. Downloaded a free album maybe 10ish years ago that I liked.

Artist's name was Belle which was short for Isabella(?) and she was from Norway or Sweden maybe? At the time, I was surprised to hear country music artist from across the pond. Anyway, just curious if anyone out there remembers who this might be.
