I See A Darkness and Master and Everyone are, in my opinion, the best albums.

You can't go far wrong with any of his work though, even The Letting Go is really beautiful.

Well these are timely revelations, I had "I See A Darkness" next on my agenda. I'm hoping for fireworks, and just might get'em.

I got "Days in the Wake" after hearing the track "I Am a Cinematographer" which is a cracking tune indeed. Though haven't put much time into his other albums... yet.

Lie Down in the Light is fantastic, the female vocals are great. You Remind Me of Something (The Glory Goes) is beautiful.

EDIT: Wow I think this could be my favorite album this year.

I just got it, and first impressions are very positive. A lot better than half of the SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT I've been listening to lately including the TURD of an album Nouns by No Age.

Well I got as far as Keep an eye on on Lie down in the light. It did nothing for me...:\

Incidentally, shouldn't this go in the folk subforum?

Wow, just downloaded Lie Down In The Light. This is a really spectacular album, one of the best folk records I've heard in years. They sound like a good, more folk-oriented My Morning Jacket. If it wasn't for Elbow, this would be my favorite album this year. I'm really impressed.

folk, eh? The main body of the guy's work seems to be indie rock
