Default Fink

Fink

Fink is Fin Greenall based in Brighton who plays an introspective acoustic guitar/vocal combo occasionally punctuated with a little electronica and when he tours Fink becomes a 3 piece. It's melancholy without dragging itself into maudlin territory. I love the fact that the guy just looks like the average joe yet possess's a great voice and writes great bittersweet lyrics. Any Bonobo fans may know him from the superlative track 'If You Stay Over'. He has 3 albums out and all are fantastic gentle albums perfect for lazing around to.

Up's available if you like what u hear.

Sort of Revolution is a fantastic track! I like him because his music is pretty chill, but his voice has just the right amount of soul to make it meaningful and keep you interested. Here's a couple of my faves:

I've only seen select songs from Fink so far but I'm really loving them. Very chilled out and beautiful. Am loving the song 'This is the Thing.' Will definitely be checking some albums out!

It’s not bad. His setup walks a fine line between being cheesy and wistful. But, his voice is incredibly sexy, so he ends up on the better end of the spectrum. I really enjoyed it on low volume while I was reading last night.
Thanks.

Yeah his voice definitely pushes it away from banality. I would like to see him incorporate a little more Electronica into his music to inject a little more originality.
