Can't get enough Kate Rusby today. Three albums in a row and still I ain't had my fill. Possibly my favourite artist. Love the simplicity of the songs:

Kate Rusby - Bold Riley

Kate Rusby - Broken-Hearted I Will Wander

Kate Rusby - Maid of Llanwellyn

This one reminds me of Li Po's poems about drinking by moonlight with only one's shadow as company:

Kate Rusby - Moon Shadow

Let's finish off with a beautiful live version of a timeless Scottish folk song. The orchestra and brass really set it apart from the gaelic versions:

Kate Rusby - Blooming Heather

Not sure how to describe the music, there's flamenco, jazz, classical, a certain middle-eastern vibe...
Also Renaud Garcia-Fons is an absurdly gifted musician and among the most amazing double bass players in the world. Check it out.

Two beautiful renditions of a very old folk song:

Cara Dillon - The Parting Glass

Ed Sheeran - The Parting Glass

So many great lines and fabulous references in this lengthy, freestylin' masterpiece.
It's jazzy and folky and celty, but remember "it ain't why, it just is".

Van Morrison - Summertime in England

Don't forget to sit in the full lotus, hands in the symbol of knowledge position, and make sure to hum Ommmmmmmmmmmmm so that you vibrate at the same frquency as the universe. Really helps I find.
