Generally i interested in rock music. Even i like only rock. I listen other kind of music rarely . But there are worldwide artist i like. For example, Tracy Chapman.

Melis Danişmend. She sing quiet songs. Danişmend was vocal in rock band , called as Üçnoktabir, earlier.


Sertab Erener. She have perfect voice. She perform pop music. (Sertab won Eurovision in 2003 )

"Turkish folk music (Türk Halk Müziği) combines the distinct cultural values of all civilisations that have lived in Anatolia and the past territories in Europe and Asia. Its unique structure includes regional differences under one umbrella. It was the most popular music genre in the Ottoman Empire era." (Wikipedia) Mostly be used 'a stringed instrument (saz: in Turkish)' in Türkü.
