I'm trying to think of something where only 2 were created.
We were talking about Jean-Michel Jarre earlier and he
made only one copy of Music for Supermarkets, so that's a
possibility. Buddy Bolden made none (but there's been
rumours of one existing).

There are whole forums entertained by stuff like this.

The A&M Records version of "God Save The Queen" exists,
but I think there are 9 or 10 copies out there.

...or, it could be a very limited Northern Soul 7" ... hmmmm...
