I found myself liking and agreeing with Carlson with each successive year. This is coming from someone raised in a super-left household.

Yes. Political affiliation is mental illness in itself.

Compared to his peers Carlson is stellar, but that bar's so low that it's subterranean. As a journalist, philosopher, or logical human being, he's total garbage.

And centrism often comes with a side of USI. Everybody loses.

Personally I think that Carlson's pinning of problems on simply "the left" as opposed to specific groups is kind of counter-intuitive, but he still highlights problems his contemporaries don't, and does it in a more measured fashion at that.
