I seriously can't understand why Chula gives such a **** about what Frown says and thinks.

It would be easier to deal with Frown if he wasn't a mod. He pulls a lot of $hit that warrants being argued with, but when push comes to shove, he hides behind the ban hammer, thus making the power structure of the ordeal inherantly f*cked up.
