Only time I spent a night in jail was over an unpaid traffic violation. Ticket happened in a town I figured to never be in again so I blew it off. Bout 5 years later got pulled over for speeding and next thing I know I'm being handcuffed for an 'outstanding warrant'. Sleepy enough town that it made the paper the next day.

$25 ticket ended up costing me about 5 times as much.
