At this time, the members of the CFPB (among others) are essentially unelected legislators. Their ability to create and enforce financial regulations and laws (which is the bureau's central function) is being called into question because the constitution designates a separation between legislative and executive powers and the bureau is doing plenty of both.

So the CFPB is the official name of the oligarchy?

The oligarchy calls itself a lot of things.

A lot of times when I'm going to bed I'll turn on the local right wing radio station before Coast-to-Coast AM comes on and tolerate Mark Levin for twenty minutes or so and I'm curious if he'll pick up on this and how he'll use it to make black people look racist.

Nobody is more racist against blacks than blacks. It’s a strange construct.

This reminds me of one of my uncle's favorite sayings:

Pretty sure the first person to use the word nigger was an ignorant cracker who didn't care if he was pronouncing negro correctly.
