If the jury does not believe he was in the wrong and a trial should (not) be arraigned, he should not be treated as a criminal for a second longer than he should be. An officer of the court should have notified him...quietly, than announce it to everybody else in the morning.

The officer could be innocent. The problem is that nobody besides the grand jury and the higher ups know why this may be the case. Everybody in Ferguson, who are pissed as it is, were just told no. Nope. Sorry, we can't tell you yet have a fun night. It's irresponsible. People are going to die before the truth gets out, whatever it may be.
This is also all the more reason to have cameras on every police officer in America. Times have changed.
