TBH, I think it should be a minimum requirement to get someone's permission by PM before you use their photo as your avatar. It's not the same thing to ask them publicly, after the event, "Can't you take a joke then?"

And mods! Could someone change this thread title to, "The Wow I Can't Believe There's a News Story In This Thread Thread"

You know technically I believe as soon as he posted that photo to this site it became property of Advameg so his consent is not required. But that bitch did just steal from Advameg!
