This streaking black man who they’re saying was dusted had a spit hood put over his head after he was handcuffed. Then the pigs go full Ted Bundy on him. He died from being suffocated after he was already restrained.

Happened back in March. I'm sure his family, releasing the bodycam footage now, has only the purest of intentions. To prove it, they've started a Gofundme page and have collected over $10,000 within 24 hrs.
