You don't get to pick and choose. You found one funny, I found them both funny. Get over it.

After years of austerity and communist orthodoxy under Fidel Castro, the visits of President Obama and the Rolling Stones are quite extraordinary. For once we have a heart-warming piece of news that makes it seem that music can indeed transcend political differences and unite people around the world:

The Stones roll into Cuba for landmark concert - BBC News

The Rolling Stones sing Jumpin' Jack Flash in Havana - BBC News

That's great and all, but doesn't it still suck to live in Castro-run Cuba? It's nice that they can listen to old men sing "Sympathy for the Devil" though.

Yeah, I don't suppose life for the average Cuban is going to change much with one concert. Not really sure why former hardliners Fidel and Raul Castro are cozying up to the Stones either...

When I heard the Rolling Stones were going to play a show in Cuba, the first two Stones songs which came to my mind were "Street Fighting Man" and "Undercover of the Night."

I'll bet neither one made it into the set list, though.

Mostly women and children enjoying a day at the park. I can't believe people exist on this earth that think that these are targets that need to be destroyed. Sick to my stomach right now.
